This site is ideal for owners needing space for active dogs, with larger fields suited to running, play and longer sessions. Directions

Heading from the Kingsgate in East Kilbride to Cambuslang on the A749 dual carriageway, turn right across the carriageway after Nerston, just before you come to Kirkhill Golf Course. Follow the road for 600m and the entrance is on the right. From Rutherglen and Cambuslang head along the A749 towards East Kilbride. Once you have passed Kirkhill Golf Course turn left off the dual carriageway at the sign for High Blantyre. Follow the road for 600m and the entrance is on the right.

Cathkin Field

Open grassy field

A large open grassy space designed for dogs who love to run. Perfect for recall training, ball play or relaxed walks in a safe enclosed environment. The open layout gives clear visibility without obstacles. The field has a shelter, picnic table, water, poo bags and bins.
