East Kilbride

The East Kilbride Run Free dog fields are located just beyond Nerston on the road to Cathkin.  The position of the fields gives a great view across the city of Glasgow.  The two enclosed dog walking fields, which are roughly the same size, are separated by two hedges and the access road so you cannot see from one field into the other.  Each field also has its own car parking area.  There can be cattle or sheep in the fields near the dog runs.

Cathkin Field

Book This Field

The Cathkin enclosed dog park is roughly the same size as a football pitch and is similar in size to the Nerston field.  This gives lots of open grass for your dogs to run free.  There is a shelter, and picnic table in the field, giving you options for all weather conditions. The unloading area allows you to get your dog straight from the car into the field.

Nerston Field

The Nerston secure dog park has lots of space to run free.  The slope near the entrance levels out into a great open space.  The unloading area is great for letting your dog directly from your vehicle into the field.  There is a shelter, picnic table and everything your dog will need.
