The Kirkliston dog runs are close to Edinburgh, being only a few minutes from the airport. This is was our first site in the Lothians, but it is also ideally placed for Fife dog owners. There are two enclosed dog fields at this location offering lots of space for your dogs to run and explore. The fields have shelters, picnic tables, water, dog poo bags and bins, everything you need for a fun time with your dog. There are no livestock in any of the adjacent fields.
The dog run has basic agility equipment for your dog to jump over and run through and is suitable for dogs of all ages and sizes. Around the obstacles there is lots of open space for your dog to stretch its legs too. This dog field is around 30m from the car park.

This is our largest Run Free field, with a massive area for your dog to explore. The gently sloping grass is perfect for exercising the most energetic dogs. The enclosed dog park has a solid wooden fence along one side so that dogs cannot see into the activity field which is 20m away. This field is the closest to the car park.

From Newbridge roundabout take the A89 towards Broxburn, then turn right onto the A800 to Kirkliston. In Kirkliston go straight through the traffic lights on Main Street. Pass under the bridge and the field is immediately on the left.
