Newbattle Field

Newbattle Field is our newest field at Dalkeith, and is beyond the other two fields. It’s a spacious field with lots of room for zoomies, games and exploration. Perfect for dogs who enjoy being active.
Junior field

Junior Field is next to the car park and is screened from the car park and adjacent field. The far end of the field is gated as puddles can form there, but you’re welcome to open the gate if your dogs enjoy the water.
Fairlie

Run Free Fairlie has two secure fields on the Ayrshire coast, with access from the A78 between Largs and Irvine. This site offers the choice of woodland or open spaces, with wide views across the Clyde. See the facilities listed under the field description for full details.
Scone Field

Scone Field is the smaller of the Perth fields, but there’s plenty of space for play, training, and free movement without interruption.
Tay Field

Tay Field is the larger of the Perth fields. A secure field with plenty of space for dogs to run, explore and enjoy being off lead.

Philipstoun Field

Philipstoun Field is the larger of the two Winchburgh fields and is L-shaped. This field offers plenty of room for movement, play and those all-important zoomies.
Woodend field

Woodend Field is the larger Gartcosh field, set on a slight slope. Great for structured games such as fetch, tricks and recall practice.
Broad Field

Broad Field is one of our largest fields and is close to the Inchinnan car park. A lovely big open space designed for both physical exercise and mental stimulation.
Queens field

Queens Field is on the left as you enter the Kingseat site. Set in agricultural fields, it’s a calm setting that gives dogs space to settle and relax.
Kings field

Kings Field is on the right as you enter the Kingseat site. The field has lovely open views across the local countryside and lots for your dog to enjoy.
Kingseat

Run Free Kingseat has two secure fields in Fife, with easy access from Dunfermline, Cowdenbeath and the M90. This site is ideal for a quieter visit, with open countryside surroundings. See the facilities listed under each field for full details and to help you choose the right space for your dog.
Bargower Field

Bargower Field is beside Mauchline Field, with screening between them for privacy. Ideal for safe off lead exercise and burning off energy in a secure space.
Lower Field

Lower Field sits below Beech Field, with screening between the fields for privacy. It has its own separate entrance and car park. Lots of open ground for dogs who love to run.
Mezzo Field

Mezzo Field sits between the Meadow and Jumbo fields, with screening between fields for privacy. A great place for dogs to play and let off steam.
Middle Field

Middle Field is around 70 metres from the car park. A secure outdoor space that gives dogs the freedom to move around safely. Great for play, exercise and everyday adventures.
Jumbo Field

Jumbo Field is one of our largest fields. It’s around 100 metres from the car park, so please keep your dogs on lead until safely inside the field. Lots of room to roam makes this a brilliant choice for energetic dogs.
Eskbank Field

Eskbank Field is a spacious field that works well for all energy levels. Great for active play and slower paced sessions.
Lochend Field

A flexible field suitable for all kinds of dogs. Set in a rural location, it’s easy to enjoy whether your visit is active or relaxed.

Mauchline Field is gently sloping. The car park is around 10 metres from the gate with plenty of space to park. The field is screened by hedges and by shade netting.
Kilmarnock

Run Free Kilmarnock has two secure fields in Ayrshire, with access from the A76 and M77. This site is ideal for private exercise and training, with good separation between fields for privacy. Cambusbarron Field

Cambusbarron Field has parking right next to the field gate. It is flatter than Gateside Field with loads of room to run and to play.
Big Field

Big Field is the largest Run Free field, with a very large gently sloping area for dogs to explore. A solid wooden fence on one side prevents dogs seeing into the nearby Activity Field. There is a 10 metre walk from the car park to the field.
Activity Field

Activity Field is great for active dogs of all different ages and sizes. Great for bonding time between dogs and owners with no interruptions.
Nerston Field

Nerston Field has lots of room for dogs to enjoy their freedom. A slope near the entrance levels out into a large open area where dogs can play, sniff and explore.
Cathkin Field

Cathkin Field is a large field, roughly the size of a football pitch. There’s plenty of room for dogs to stretch their legs. A great place for energetic dogs or longer sessions outdoors.
Flemington Field

Flemington Field has the space for running or relaxed wandering, and the equipment for games. This field works well for every kind of visit.
Country Field

Country Field is designed to feel like natural open countryside. It includes small trees and uneven ground in places, giving dogs a large area to explore. There is a short, 4ft-fenced path from the loading bay to the gate.
Lawmuir Field

Lawmuir Field is on the right as you enter Lawmuir Farm. It’s on a gentle slope facing Glasgow, with the wide views across the city making it feel even more open and spacious.
Faifley Field

Faifley Field is around 50 metres from the car park, reached by a gravel and grass path. Lovely views across Clydebank Golf Course plus lots for your dog to do, make it the perfect place for a fun time out.
Meadow Field

Meadow Field is a great place to enjoy quality time with your dog. Spacious, secure and designed for relaxed outdoor visits. There’s a walk of approximately 70 metres from the car park to the field.
Fun Field

Fun Field includes natural features such as tree trunks for dogs to sniff and explore. Around these features and the play equipment, there is still plenty of open space for dogs to run freely. There’s a walk of approximately 70 metres from the car park to the field.
